摘要
用试验合成的两性高分子聚合物——聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸在不同药剂用量、不同煤样、不同真空度和不同pH值条件下,进行了助滤试验研究。结果显示,其具有明显的改善过滤效果的作用。试验揭示了药剂用量、物料粒度组成、pH值及真空度对过滤效果的影响,同时分析了絮凝助滤的机理。
Experimental research was carried out on filtration aiding effect by use of a synthesized amphoteric copolymer of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, acryl amide and acryl acid for different coal samples at different pH value, different vacuum and different dosage of such reagent. It was shown from the experiment the filtration performance was obviously improved by use of such reagent. The experiment has exposed the effect of reagent dosage, size composite of feeding material, pH value and vacuum on filtration performance. The mechanism of filtration aiding effect is also analyzed in the paper.
