摘要
煤炭燃烧的固硫产物——硫酸钙,在高温条件下会发生分解,释放出SO_2,这是高温燃烧条件下固硫效率较低的主要原因。诸多研究表明:硫酸钙的分解是十分复杂的物理化学过程,温度和气氛等对其影响显著。文章结合已有的研究,采用高温管式炉和热重分析仪对分析纯硫酸钙进行了试验研究。
Calcium sulphate is of the product from sulphur fixing process during coal combustion, from which the SO2 is released after it is resolved under condition of a high temperature. This is the main cause of lower efficiency of sulphur fixing under condition of coal combustion at a high temperature. It was shown from many experimental studies that resolving calcium sulphate is a very complicated physicochemical process. The effect of temperature and environ condition on it is remarkable. Experimental study was conducted based on an analysis on pure calcium sulphate by use of high temperature pipe furnace and thermogravity analysis instrument and combined with reference to existed studies.
