摘要
对热管采用肌醇六磷酸脂进行表面处理后,在金属表面形成致密的钝化层.可以获得良好的防腐性能,从而提高工质和热管管材的相容性,避免热管内产生不凝气.有利于提高热管的使用寿命。试验结果表明,肌醇六磷酸脂处理方法是一种高效、环保、具有良好发展前景的表面工艺。
A surface treatment method for heat pipes with the phytic acid is presented. The metal surface deactivating layer created by this method is of tight speciality. It can improve the capability of corrosion protection and compatibility between the work fluids and heat pipe metals. The emergence of incondensable gas in the heat pipe is avoided, so the terms of heat pipes service will be prolonged. The experimental result shows that the method of deactivation by means of phytic acid is an economical, high-efficient, environment-protective as well as long term potential technology of surface treatment.
