摘要
由壬基酚和三氯化磷反应制得亚磷酸三壬基酚酯。采用正交试验法确定适宜的工艺条件为: 快速搅拌下,反应温度70℃.三氯化磷滴加时间1.5h,壬基酚与三氯化磷的物质的量比为(3.15-3.3) : 1。再经减压蒸馏制得亚磷酸三壬基酚酯,收率大于90%。
The synthesis process of trisnonylphenyl phosphite from the nonylphenyol and phosphorus trichloride is investigated. The optimized conditions are determined by orthogonal design method. When the molar ratio of n( nonylphenyol) : n (phosphorus trichloride) is 3. 15 - 3. 3 : 1, droping time is 1. 5h, agitation is quick, reaction temperature is 70℃ , the yield of trisnonylphenyl phosphite is higher than 90%.
