The Rice Condition Number of Hessenberg-triangular Decompostion

运用Rice关于条件数的一般理论,采取一种统一的方式,在单参数扰动的情况下,定义了Hes senberg 上三角分解的条件数。利用解析展开和不动点定理求出了用Frobenius范数所定义的Rice条件数的具体表达式,所得结果与孙继广用另一种不同的方法得到的结果相同。

According to the geveric theory of conditional number by Rize,the conditional numbers are unifred defined for Hessenberg-triangular decomposition under the condition of single parameter disturbance.Explicit expression of Rize condition numbers defined with Frobenius norm is derived by use of analytic expansion and fixed point theorum.The obtained results are the same as the ones derived by J.G.Sun in a different way.
