With the rapid economic development, the amount of urban motor vehicles and the volume of traffic have been growing increasingly, but network construction and traffic management level in cities lag behind all the time, resulted in traffic jam and blockage. Through summing up the corssing canal project in Dalian, the theory, characteristics and practice of cannelized intersections are analyzed systematically.
