摘要
研究了咪唑啉类缓蚀剂的结构特性、常用的合成路线及其工业化应用的背景。在模拟油田注水环境下,应用静态失重实验,动电位极化曲线,测定了IMC-5咪唑啉类缓蚀剂在不同添加浓度情况下的对低碳钢(A3)腐蚀的缓蚀效率,确定了最佳添加浓度,并对其作用机理进行了分析,为咪唑啉缓蚀剂系列化奠定了基础。
The structural property of imidazoline is briefly introduced, and a widely-used synthesis approach for laboratory and industry is also indicated. Under the circumstance of simukted oil-field water at room temperature, by static weight loss test and electrochemical measurement (including polariaztion curve, electrochemical impedance spectrum), the inhibition efficiencies of imidazoline with different concentrations on mild steel are measured, and the optimum concentration is obtained. The inhibitory mechanism is analyzed to provide the basis of the serialization of imidazoline inhibitor.
