摘要 在晶格势理论基本框架内,根据玻恩—黄昆提出的短程力常数的标准定义,采用不同的短程势模型,得出一系列物态方程,并应用于几种不同的晶体,检验和比较了它们的适用性和有效性. An isothermal equation of state for solids is derived by starting from the theory of interionic potential and the standard definition of the short-range force constant. A critical analysis on applicability and effectiveness of the two-parameter equations of state: Born-Mie EOS, Born-Mayer EOS, Vinet EOS, and the one derived here, is presented by investigating the pressure-volume data for several typical crystals.
