Through testing the nicotinic acid’s emission fluorescence spectrum in different mediums, studying the character of nicotinic acid’s fluorescence spectrum, the paper deduces nicotinic acid’s emission mechanism, thus setting the theory foundation of analysing methods of nicotinic acid.
