摘要
在催化量的醋酸钯、澳化四丁基铵和碳酸钾的存在下,丙烯酰胺与芳基碘在净水相中顺利地进行了芳基化反应.研究表明,在此条件下,该反应的产率较高,并具有良好的立体选择性.
The Heck arylation of acrylamide with aryl iodides in the presence of a catalytic amount of palladium acetate and tetra-n-butylammonium bromide in pure water using potassium car-bonate as base gave the corresponding substituted(E)-cinnamamides in good yields,respectively.
