摘要
本文采用均匀设计法对影响双组分丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料性能的主要因素进行了研究,建立了涂膜主要性能的回归方程,并通过采用网格法进行多目标优化,获得了涂膜综合性能最佳时的羟基聚合物的玻璃化温度、羟值、相对分子质量及NCO/OH比值等试验条件的取值范围,这不仅可用来指导具体试验,减少试验次数并得到较为理想的试验结果,而且有利于配方的优化,可在配方变化的情况下对涂料的性能进行预测。在此基础上,本研究制备了耐候性优良、热稳定性好、其他性能优良的双组分聚氨酯涂料。
The main factors which have significant effects on the properties of two package acrylic polyurethane coating were investigated by using Uniform Design experimental method,and the regression analysis and multi-aim optimization calculation were used in the data analysis of experimental results. The suitable valuation range of the four parameters as glass transition temperature,concentration of OH group,molecular weight and the molar ratio of NCO/OH, were confirmed. On the basis of those studies,a kind of two-package acrylic polyurethane coating with excellent performance,such as excellent weatherability and thermal stability,etc,were manufactured.
