摘要 随着经济全球化、人才全球化趋势的增强和中国加入世贸,国企人力资源管理面对着新的机遇和更严峻的挑战,在对国企存在的"铁门槛"、"铁交椅"、"铁工资"、人力资源的相对短缺与绝对过剩的结构性问题以及干部全部年青化、人才流失等现状进行分析的基础上,结合企业未来的发展,提出了树立新理念、加大人事制度改革、科学设计组织结构、合理配置人力资源、深化薪酬制度改革、加强人力资源开发、深化职称改革、全面引入"企业文化"等对策. With the globalization of economy and talents and China's entry into WTO, human resources management in state enterprises is faced with more oportunities and more severe challenges. This paper first analyzes some structrual problems in state enterprises such as 'iron threshold', 'iron post','iron salary', the relative shortage and absolute surplus of human resources. Then it analyzes the current state of affairs such as young cadres and loss of talents. Based on the above analyses and combined with the enterprises' future, this paper brings forward the corresponding countermeasures such as establishing new ideas, strengthening personnel system reform, disposing human resources reasonably, deepening salary system reform, reinforcing human resources development, deepening professional titles reform and introducing 'enterprise culture' all sidely.
