摘要 探讨了建立公司治理中的伦理道德体系的必然性和可能性,并就发扬和借鉴我国传统儒家思想中的道德观念,完善公司治理提出了自己的看法. This paper sets forth the possibility and nessecity of founding morals system in coporate governance,and brings forward some suggestions.
