摘要
探讨了在现代企业制度下企业经营者(经理)的薪酬激励问题,对年薪制和股票期权的行使障碍进行分析,并提出了一个新的薪酬激励模式,最后对实现这种薪酬激励的外部环境进行了阐述.
This paper discusses problems of compensation incentive to state enterprise(manager) in modern enterprise institution, and makes analysis of executive stock options and annual salary system then draws a new model compensation incentive, at last elaborates enternal environment of carrying out this compensation incentive.
