通过改革开放以来我国档案法规的建设,作者阐述了档案工作的地位和作用,提出了新时期高校档案事业的发展一要靠各级领导的重视,二要加速档案专业人才的培养,三要实现档案管理数字化.

By making the analysis in the construction of the filing regulations since the reforming and opening-up of China, this paper demonstrates the importance and functions of filing cause in universities, and points out three ways to develop the cause, namely, the high recognition of the leaders from different ranks, the rapid cultivation of the talents specialized in filing, and the full realization of the digital management in filing.
