高校是向社会提供教育服务产品的组织,质量管理既是高校学科、专业、课程建设的基础,又是其健康发展的保障。在高校实现管理创新,提高办学质量的过程中,可以借鉴或引入ISO9000系列标准,通过建立学校的质量管理体系,构建一个新型而有效的管理机制,建立现代学校管理制度。

Colleges and universities are the organizations of providing the products of education service ,so the quality management is the foundation of building the subjects specialities and courses as the guarantee of development to colleges and university.To establishing the system of quality management of colleges and universities ,it should introduce the Series of ISO 9000 or use it for reference in the process of the management of colleges and universities.
