摘要
"十五"期间,我国高等教育的规模将逐年扩大,而高等职业教育是发展的重点,随着招生规模不断的扩大,高等职业教育的质量日益引起人们的关注。构建科学合理的高等职业教育质量观迫在眉睫,高等职业教育质量观在内涵上应具有特殊性、发展性、特色性、多样性的特征,同时应构建质量观的具体要素。
During the tenth Five-year plan, high education will develop fast, while higher vocational education development will play important role. With the enrollment enlarging, people pay more attention to the quality of higher vocational education, and the construction of quality standard is extremely urgent. It is important to put forward basic traits and suggestion of higher vocational education quality.
