摘要
以教育创新理论为指导,在充分认识学风建设的意义基础上,通过对北京联合大学各学院2000余名学生的学风调研活动,对学校目前学风建设的现状和存在的问题进行了较深入的分析。针对学生的学风特点和问题,在认真总结学风建设的成功经验的基础上,提出了创新学风建设的新思路和新举措,以期更好地推进学风建设,切实提高人才培养的质量。
Based on education creative theory and significance of getting to know learning enough, it investigated about two thousands students, and analysed learning conditions and questions. According to the feature and problem, based on successful experience of learning construction summarized, it issues new ways and measures of learning construction,so that better the university learning construction,and improve the level of talent cultivation
