超声乳化联合小切口硬核白内障摘除的临床观察

目的 探讨贫困地区超声乳化联合小切口硬核白内障摘除联合 PMMA人工晶状体植入手术的疗效。方法 对 336例 (336只眼 ) 级以上核白内障行超声乳化联合小切口晶状体摘除联合 PMMA人工晶状体植入术。结果 术后 1天、3天视力在 0 .5以上分别为 2 4 0只眼 (71.4 % )、2 6 5只眼 (78.8% )。术中主要并发症为后囊破裂。术后主要并发症为角膜水肿、眼压升高。结论 超声乳化联合小切口晶状体摘除治疗 级以上核白内障切口小 ,术后反应轻 ,散光小 ,并且视力恢复快 ,费用低。

Objective To investigate the results of phacoemusification combined small incision ECCE with PMMA intraocular lens implantation operation curing hard nuclear cataract.Methods 336 cataract cases were performed by phacoemusification combined small incision ECCE with with PMMA intraocular lens implantation.Results The visual aculities of postoperative 1 day,3 day,≥0.5 were respectively in 240 eyes(71.4%),265 eyes (78.8%).Main complication during operation was post-capsular rupture and iris injury.And complication of postoperation were cornea edema and opacity of cornea epithelium.Conclusion The incision of phacoemusification was small.Postoperative reaction was mild and the duration of restoration was greatly shorted.Improving operation techniques may greatly invoid or decrease the complication of both intraoperation and postoperation.
