摘要
利用超声波的能量研究了经改进的Tessier系列萃取法,并用此法萃取分析了土壤中重金属的形态。结果表明,用超声波萃取重金属的前4步形态所需时间比Tessier法的常规振荡萃取短,且萃取效率高,Cu、Ni和Mn的第1和2形态部分的萃取效率是常规振荡萃取的104%~1120%。两种萃取方法所得的结果基本吻合,可萃取的Cu和Ni在样品1中主要以第3形态(Fe-Mn氧化物态)存在,而在样品2中主要以第4形态(有机质态)存在;Mn在两种样品中主要以Fe-Mn氧化物态存在。盐酸羟胺溶液浓度明显地影响土壤中重金属第3形态部分的萃取。
Supersonic energy was utilized to study the modified Tessier sequential extraction proce-dure for speciation analysis of heavy metals in soils.Compared with conventional extraction(CE)using vibration,the time for supersonic extraction(SE)of first four speciation fractions for heavy metals was shorter than that taken for CE;and the extraction efficiency was104%~1120%higher than the CE.The results for both of the extraction methods were almost similar.The extractable Cu and Ni in the sample No.1mainly existed in the third speciation fraction(Fe-Mn oxide),and in the forth speciation fraction(organic matter)in the sample No.2;Mn in the both of the samples mainly existed in the Fe-Mn oxide matter.The concentration of hydroxylamine solution obviously affected the extraction of the third speciation fraction of the heavy metals from the soil.
