摘要
探讨了不同工况下,内循环式水解酸化反应器处理低浓度工业废水的效果及其影响因素。当MLVSS在15g/L左右,HRT=4h,CODCr有机负荷为2.86kgCODCr/(m3·d)时,CODCr、BOD5、SS和氨氮的去除率分别为55%、46%、83%和15.2%。试验后期投加悬浮填料对水工艺过程进行优化以进一步改善其处理效果。结果表明,采用内循环式酸化器对低浓度工业废水进行预处理,是完全可行的,并提出了反应器的最佳运行参数。
The paper discusses the effects and influence factors found under different operating conditions in treating low-strength industry wastewater by Internal-circulation Hydrolytic-acidifi-cation Reactor(ICHAR).When the MLVSS in the reactor was about 15g /L,the hydrolytic-reten-tion time was4hrs and the COD Cr volume loading was2.86kgCOD Cr /(m 3 ·d),the removal rate of COD Cr ,BOD 5 ,SS and ammonia nitrogen was55%,46%,83%and15.2%,respectively.During the fi-nal stage of the experiment,some suspended fillers were added into the reactor to optimize the wa-ter process and enhance the treatment efficiency.The results show that the process is feasible when low-strength industry wastewater uses the ICHAR as pretreatment.The experiment puts for-ward the best operating parameter of the ICHAR.
