摘要
结合极大似然方法,探讨了具有广泛适应性的威布尔分布在工程设备寿命分析中的应用;针对威布尔分布产品子样有失效的情形,构建了的似然函数;根据极大似然准则,推导了工程设备特征寿命和形状参数的极大似然点估计迭代计算公式;在子样无失效情形下,给出了(1-α)置信水平下可靠度R(t)和可靠寿命t(R)的最优单侧置信下限计算公式;最后,给出了工程算例.
The paper mainly introduces the reliable lifetime analysis method of project equipments with Weibull Distribution. The Maximum Likelihood Method is used to build likelihood function and to conclude some concerned formula. Firstly, aiming at the practice data with failure examples, the Maximum Likelihood Criterion is used to conclude the mathematical formula, which can calculate the point estimation of reliable lifetime. Secondly, to the situation of the practice data without failure examples, the confidence interval estimation formulas about reliability and reliable lifetime under (1-α) confidence level, are drawn with the help of the Maximum Likelihood Criterion. At last, one project example is offered.
