企业文化是企业核心竞争力。随着市场竞争的日益激烈,要求企业不断创新、不断向传统的管理理论挑战,在原有的企业文化基础上注入新的内涵,进行企业文化的再造,这对企业的发展来说至关重要。
Enterprise' s Culture is the core competition ability of enterprise. With the deepening of keen market competition it is necessary for enterprise to reconstruct its culture. This requires the enterprise not only to reconstruct its culture but also to challenge its traditional managing theory.
