摘要
企业总法律顾问制度的实行是在现代市场经济条件下,企业实现依法经营管理。依法维权的需要,也是企业立足于国际国内市场竞争的需要。企业总法律顾问制度还需不断自我发展,不断创新。目前存在许多问题尚需在实践中解决。
The practice of enterprise's general law consultant system is the need of enterprise's legal management and protection its rights under the condition of modem market economy and the need of enterprise' s taking part in international competition. The system needs development and improvement. At present many problems haven't been solved yet in practice.
