摘要
我国加入世贸组织后,国内企业已被置于与国外企业同等的法律环境,建立符合社会主义市场经济要求的企业总法律顾问制度是我国应对加入世贸组织的重要措施之一。法律顾问应在企业生产经营中发挥保驾护航的作用,即依法经营管理,依法经营决策,理顺管理层次和环节,维护企业的合法权益,这是任何部门都无法替代的。
After entry WTO, domestic enterprises have been placed in the same legal environment with foreign enterprises. It is an important measure to establish enterprise' s general law consultant system which suits the needs of socialism market economy. Law consultant should have the same position as general accountant, general engineer etc. Law consultant helps the enterprise with legal management, operation and protection its rights.The role can't be replaced.
