摘要
本文提出一种新的基于神经网络的矢量量化零冗余度信道编码方法,该方法能有效地降低矢量量化编码系统在有噪信道下的平均失真。
A neural network based approach to the zero redundancy channel coding for vector quantization is proposed in this paper. The Performance of the vector quantization system with noisy channel is improved.
