HDLC (Hardware Description Language of Communication Systems) is a tool kit designed for communication system simulation. Its main design goal is to provide the user a powerful simulation environment, so it owns a wide application area. HDLC uses block diagram input method as its user interface. During simulation, HDLC uses loop-first, event driven algorithm to fast simulation. Now, we have seen its Window 3.0 Version. This paper will provide HDLC user interface, simulation algorithm, main data structures and a simple example.
