图书馆的发展需要人才资源,要优化人力资源的配置,需从完善用人机制;引进竞争机制;完善考核制度三个方面考虑。
The development of the library requires human resources. Optimizing the distribution of the human resources should be considered in the following three aspects: perfection of the mechanisms of making use of personnel, introduction of mechanism of competition and perfection of the system of assessment.
