本文对大学生的生理特点、兴趣特点和生活特点进行了分析 ,并针对这些特点提出了从服务的针对性、层次性、广泛性和多样性等四方面提高高校图书馆的服务质量的见解。

This paper makes an analysis of college students' characteristics of physiology,interest and life,and puts forward some opinions on improving the service quality of libraries in colleges and universities from the four aspects which include service orientation,various levels,wide ranging and diversity.
