试论知识经济时代的图书馆

On the Libraries in the Knowledge and Economy Era

本文论述了知识经济时代 ,图书馆应成为和必将成为信息枢纽和精神文明建设的重要基地。图书馆应在承担传统职能的基础上 ,通过组建图书文献“银行”、扩展和深化图书馆的服务、向产业化方向发展、改革管理方法等一系列改革与发展来适应知识经济的需要。

This paper states that in the knowledge and economy era,libraries should become and are bound to become important bases for information bub and spiritual civilization building .Libraries,on the basis of traditional functions,should adapt themselves to the need of knowledge and economy by forming the “bank”of books and documents,enlarging and deepening the service of libraries,developing towards the direction of industrialization and reforming the managing ways ,etc..
