建设社会主义政治文明,不仅是“三个代表”重要思想指导下的产物,也是贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的题中应有之义,而且还是“三个代表”重要思想的有机组成部分。社会主义社会是物质文明、政治文明、精神文明全面发展的社会。发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明,是社会主义的本质要求。发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明要推进政治体制改革,实现社会主义民主政治的制度化、规范化、程序化。

Constructing political civilization of socialism that is not onl y the out come of the important thought of″Three Represents″but also the con notation and an organic part of the important thought of″Three Represents″. Socialism is the well-developed society of civilization physically,politically and cultur-ally,which is also the essential demand to develop democratic poli tics and political civilization of social-ism,thus,promoting the reform of po litics and laws so as to achieve systematicness,regularization and pro-cedura lization in democratic politics of socilalism.
