摘要
校园文化是对高校办学理念的反映,其内容——校园物质文化、组织制度文化、精神文化以及课程活动文化等,是由“建设什么样的学校和怎样建设学校,培养什么样的学生和怎样培养学生”决定的。教职工(包括学校管理者)和学生是校园文化建设的两个主体,宏观和微观是校园文化的两个层次。
Ca mpus culture is a theoretical knowledge about the purpose of running a school. Its con-tents of campus' material,systematic,spiritual and active culture are determined by two factors.One is what college and students we will make,the other is how to make the college and to cultivate the stu-dents.In view of th is,we know that teaching staff and students are the two subjects of campus cu lture,and that,micro-level and macro-level are the two levels of campus cul ture.
