现代远程教育教师地位的再认识

摘要  现代远程教育作为一种全新的学习方式,对传统的教育理念也是一种冲击,作为教育主体的教师,其角色也发生相应的转换。文章从远程教育的特点出发,分析教师职能的转变,从教师对学生的隐性功能、权威功能的理解,指出现代远程教育教师的主体地位不容置疑。最后分析此种模式下的教师主体地位的工作内涵。 Modern telenet education, as a new study method, brings about impact on many educations principle. Teacher, as the principal player of education, are also experiencing corresponding transition of his/her role. From the characteristics of telenet education this article sets out, analyzes the change of teacher's role, and based on the understanding of the often unconscious and authoritative influence of the teacher on the student, point out that there will be no doubt for the principle position of teacher in modern long-distance education. Finally, the article analyzes how to elaborate and strengthen the principle position of the teacher in modern long-distance educvation.
