T型管状节点表面裂纹应力强度因子的计算

摘要 本文运用线弹簧模型与有限元相结合的方法自行编制的ASF专用程序,对T型管状节点表面裂纹应力强度因子进行了计算并获得了比较满意的结果。文中详细介绍了线弹簧模型的基本原理、T型管节点的应力和裂纹特征。 Combining the linear-spring model with finite element method the authors studied the stress intensity factors of part-through surface cracks in a tubular T joints. In this paper the basic principle of linear-spring model and the results obtained by using special program ASF (developed by authors) are given; the characteristics of the stresses and cracks are also discussed. All of the calcalations show satisfactory results.
