摘要
作者根据我国新双层客车的结构特点,建立了横向动力性能的数学模型,校核了车体在弹簧上的倾覆稳定性,分析了车辆以不同速度通过道岔及渡线时的车体横向移动量、脱轨系数和轮重减载率。同时还估测了在线路不平顺的激扰下双层客车的随机响应。计算结果表明,新双层客车不仅满足运行安全的要求,而且具有良好的平稳性能。
According to the constructing feature of the new type double deck passenger coach of Chinese railways, the lateral dyeamic behaviour has been studied in this paper and a mathematic model of this lateral behaviour is established. The stability of carbody on suspension has been checked. The lateral displacement of carbody, L—V ratio for wheel climb and the rate of decrease of wheel load have been analyzed under the condition of passing through different railway switches and transition line with different speeds. The ride quality of the coach has been predicted with respect to random alignment and cross-level irregularities of the track.The results of these studies shows that the safety of new double deck passenger coach is sufficient and its ride quality is satisfactory for long and middle distance run.
