摘要
本文介绍50kg/m钢轨全断面感应加热、轨头及轨底同时喷雾冷却淬火的研究。对淬火轨进行一系列试验,并与未淬火轨对比,研究结果表明:淬火轨具有较高的抗断裂性能,而未淬火轨却脆断严重;淬火轨的抗磨损、抗压溃性能均比来淬火轨有明显提高。轨头及轨底经喷雾淬火后,不仅使钢轨达到良好的强韧化效果,还显著地提高钢轨的结构强度。
This article presents a study on induction heating over 50kg/m rail full-section and the characteristics ofspraying hardening over rail head and flange. Compare with non-harden rail, the study shows that the hardenrail possesses better features of fracture resistance and the characteristics of both wear resistance and compression are much better. With rail head and flange spraged by hardening, not only the fine toughness of the railhas been gained, but the structurel strengh are also railed appreciably.
