北京型内燃机车车体的试验模态分析

EXPERIMENTAL MODEL ANALYSIS OF THE BODY OF BEIJING TYPE DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE

为了研究北京型内燃机车的动态特性,对车体进行了试验模态分析。车体是一个大型的钢结构,针对其特点用随机冲击激振方法和分区激振测试技术进行了试验。文中给出该车体前七阶主振动的所有模态参量,为进一步改进结构的动态性能,进行车体的优化设计提供了可靠的依据。

In order to study the dynamic characteristic of Beijing type diesel locomotives, the experimental modad analysis is conducted. The locomotive body is a large steel structure, using the exciting method of random series of impacts and divisionally exciting and measuring technique for the modal test leads to a result successfully. In this paper, the first seven normal modes and the other modal parameters are given, they provide for further improving the dynamic behaviour and optimizing the desing of the body of diesel locomotives.
