摘要
本文通过对京广线铺设60kg/m钢轨地段的24个小半径曲线上股钢轨侧面磨耗的八年实际观测数据的分析,找出了牵引动力型式与钢轨侧磨率之间的关系。并通过半径为646m的小半径曲线上两年多的钢轨侧磨试验及观测,揭示了曲线钢轨轨头侧磨的规律,发现了同一曲线、同一根钢轨磨耗的不均匀性,指出曲线钢轨非正常侧磨的主要原因是内燃机车三轴转向架造成的,阐明了中间轮对对钢轨侧磨的影响,且呼吁机务部门关心此事。文中叙述了为减少钢轨侧面磨耗从工务养护上采取的若干描施及取得效果,并提出下一步拟采取的设置欠超离、调整轨底坡、涂油、采用全长淬火轨及非对称打磨钢轨断面等五条措施。
By analyzing the data accumulated during eight-years of investigation on the side-wear of 60kg rails on 24 small-radius curves between Beijing and Guangzhou, this paper tries to find out relation between locomotive type and rate of side-wear of the rails. Also, based on over two years of test and investigation on curved track of 646m radius, is revealed the pattern of rail-head side-wear unevenness of wear of the same rail on the same curve. The author points out that excessive side wear is chiefly caused by the tri-axle tracks of diesel locomotives, emphasizing the effect of the middle wbeelsets, and the authorities concerned are called on pay attention to this issue.
This paper also deals with the measures already taken by the track maintainance department in an effort to reduce the side wear of rails, with recommendation of further steps to be taken such as setting of rails unbalanced superelevation modifying the rail baseslope rail lubrication, use of fulllength quenched and unsymmetrical grinding of rail head.
