摘要
本文介绍图象子带编码(SBC)的基本概念,阐明分裂图象子带所用的二维正交镜象滤波器(QMF)的特征及其实现子带分裂的方法,并论述了经过子带压缩编码实施后的图象质量。
This paper introduces the basic Concept of subband coding (SBC) of images, expounds the characteristics of two-dimensional quadrature mirror filter (QMF) used to split image into subbands and the methods of cutting aparts of images. The quality of image after compressional coding in subbands has been explained.
