铁路罐车静电起电方程及静电放电的危害 被引量:4

EQUATION OF STATIC ELECTRIFICATION AND HAZARDS OF ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE WITH RAIL TANKER

摘要 本文从理论和实验两方面论证了铁路罐车装卸易燃液体作业中存在静电危害性,提出了反映该过程基本规律的静电起电方程,并推导出应以90pS/m作为轻质油品安全电导率的标准,测出罐内油面电位随时间变化曲线,供有关部门参考使用。 On basis of theoretical study and experiments this paper proves that electrostatic hazard is present during loading and unloading of rail tankers containing inflammable volatile liquids. An equation of static electrification is presented that serves to determine the involved basic regularities. We obtained the results of taking 90 pS/m as the safe, conductivity criterion for light fuel oil and the time-dependent variation curve of the fuel oil in the tank.
