基于模糊集的专家决策方法

摘要 由专家参与的决策过程中,存在许多不确定、不精确、基至不可测的因素。传统的决策方法无法体现这些在专家决策过程中非常重要的因素。本文在一类MADM问题中引入模糊集来表示专家所提出的决策目标或约束,并与传统的决策方法相结合,提出了基于模糊集的专家决策方法。本文首次提出满意度的概念,并将其作为决策的依据。所述示例表明了此法在技术决策中的适用性。 In the process of decisionmaking with the participation of experts, there are many uncertain, imprecise, and even more unmeasurable factors. The conventional decisionmaking approches can not deal with these factors which have crucial importance in expert decisionmaking processes. In this paper, the concepts of fuzzy set are introduced into the category of multiattribute decisionmaking (MADM) problems and used as a tool describing the decision goals and constraints put forward by the experts concerned. By combining the fuzzy approach with the conventional approach, this paper put forward a fuzzy set—based expert decisionmaking approach. In this paper, the concept of degree of satisfaction is proposed and is used as the basis of decision. The illustrative example given in this paper shows the feasibility of the new approach in technological decisionmaking.
