蜈蚣草组织培养再生植株叶细胞的亚显微结构

摘要 用电子显微镜对蜈蚣草茎尖幼嫩叶片和组织培养再生植株叶细胞进行了比较观察,发现组织培养再生植株的幼龄叶细胞超微结构发生了一定的变化。具体表现在线粒体数量增多,液泡减少或消失,出现了较多的原质体,没有正常的叶绿体。 The comparison observation of the grown-up leaf cells under the natural condition and regenerated plantlets cultured in vitro was taken with transmission electron microscopy. There were ultramicrostructural changes found in the leaf celis of the tissue cultured regenerated plantlets in peteris vittata L., such as the increase of mitochondrias in large quantities, the disappearance of vacule, the appearance of proplastids,and no normal chloroplasts.
