摘要
分析研究了非晶Fe_(70-x)Ni_xTi_(30)合金薄膜的穆斯堡尔谱。四极分裂的分布及其平均值在X=30附近的行为异常,这种合金的近程结构在富Fe和富Ni成份之间可能有一个转变,存在结构畸变较大的一个中间态。
The amorphous Fe_(70-x)Ni_x Ti_(30) alloy films have been investigated by M(o|¨)ssbauer spectroscopy. An unusual behavior of the quadrupole splitting distribution and its average value appears in the vicinity of x=30. A short-range structure transition between Fe-rich composition and Ni-rich composition is probable.
