摘要
本文主要介绍一种同步门控系统(SGS)。它包括一个带同步触发器的旋转样品池,一组开关门和一个双通道光子计数器。在常规喇曼光谱仪中配用该系统,即可在光谱仪的一次扫描过程中获得双样品的实时差谱。并可精密确定谱线的微小频移。该系统不仅可用于喇曼差分光谱测量,也可用于其他光谱的实时差谱分析。能减少分步测量引起的各种误差,提高测量精度。
This paper mainly deals with a synchronous gating system (sgs) which consits of a rotating sampler with synchro-triggers, a set of switching gates and a two-channel photon counter. With sgs added to the conventional Raman Spectrometer, an instantaneous difference spectrum of two samples can be obtained in one scanning and very small frequency shifts can thus be accurately determined. This sgs can not only be used in the measurement of Raman difference spectrum but in other instantancous difference spectrum measurements as well, By reducing erorrs caused by separate measurements, sgs raises the measurement accuracy.
