随着我国四化建设的发展和改革开放政策的贯彻,进出港口和沿海水域的商船、渔船、工程船、平台设施等的数目与日俱增,水上交通事故也随之增多.因此,海事的审理和责任分析是航海人员和港航安全监督人员非常关注的问题. 本文介绍了“航浚4006”轮沉没事故的发生过程及审理情况,仅供参考.
Along with the development of the Four-Modernization construction in China and the implement of the reform and opening policy, there are more and more commercial ships, fishery ships, engineering ships and offshore structures entering and outgoing of habors and operating in the coastal area, which certainly leads to a mount of accidents at the water area. That is why navigators and safety supervisers of shipping companies and habour authorities are paying much of their attention to the marine case judgement and responsibility analysis.
This article gives an introduction of the sinking procedure of 'HANGJUN 4006' and its case trying, for your reference only.
