摘要
本文所介绍的节能控制器采用了单片微机技术,由三端双向可控硅构成三相调压电路,过零触发方式.控制器以电动机的电流作为采样值,并根据采样值的大小自动调节输入功率.这是应用于电动机节能装置中最新的一种节能控制器.文中对控制器的节电原理、系统硬件构成做了较详细的论述,并给出了主要软件的流程图.
In this paper,the controller saving ofpower will be described,which is a kind ofnew controller taking advantage of technologyof sigle chip microprocessor.The three-phasevoltage regulating circuit is composed of threeteminal dilatera swaitching element,zero-circuit trigger mode.The inputpower is auto-regulated by the controller with sampling-data of circuit.The principl of saving pow-er of the controller,the configration of thehardware are described in detail in the paperand also the flow chart of the software desi-ged are given.
