摘要
本文以骊山微电子学研究所远距离终端RTUCPU板为核心,讨论各大功能逻辑器件的诊断方法及实现过程,其故障诊断程序对诊断其它同类逻辑电路也有一定的帮助.
In this paper,we have discussed diagn-osis and realization of LS-RTU(remoteteminal unit)-CPU and have found somemethod for the diagnosis and nealization.These methods will be hepful the similarlogic device.
