This articie briefly dis(?)ussed the pri-ncinciple and the method of applying sin-gle-chip-computer to ultrasonic measure-ment of the moisture content in ginsengrapidly and undestructively.The regressionanalysis was used to obtain the empiricalformula for the propagation velocity ofultrasonic in ginseng with the moisturecontent in ginseng.
