早强型复合防冻剂研制与应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF JS TYPE ANTIFREEZING AGENT IN WINTER CONCRETING

本文剖析了混凝土冻害过程的机理,设计早强型复合防冻剂,辅以适当蓄热保温措施,可用于-10～-20℃气温条件下的混凝土施工中。通过近五年的工程应用,混凝土质量均达到优良等级,实践证明早强型防冻剂具有推广应用价值。

In this paper, the mechanism of concrete frost process isdiscussed. JS type antifreezing agent suitable for concreting under-negative temperature as low as -10～-20℃ has heen doveloped. Differentproperties of concrete have been investigated in both laboratory andconstruction field. After 5 years engineering application, the quality ofconcrete admixed with JS type antifreezing agent is excellent. It has beenproved that this agent may be widely used in practice.
