摘要
高速内燃机车的车体是复杂的空间结构,其有限元离散模型通常具有很高的自由度。作者利用有限元动力子结构法对车体进行了动力分析及在柴油机垂直激振力作用下的响应分析、并计算了车体的前20阶固有频率和振型。计算工作表明有限元动力子结构法可有效和灵活地用于大型复杂结构的动力分析,并能大幅度节省计算工作量。因此,该方法在机车车辆等复杂结构的动力分析中具有广阔的应用前景。
The carbody of a high-speed diesel locomotive is a complexspace structure, whose finite element mesh usually has too many degre-es-of-freedom. In this paper, the dynamic substructure method is appliedto analysing the locomotive carbody's dynamic responses to the verticaldynamic forces of the internal--combustion engine and calculating the first20 natural frequencies and their corresponding modes of the carbody vib-ration. The application shows that the dynamic substructure method is afeasible, flexible and accurate tool for the dynamic analysis of largecomplex structures and can considerably reduce the man power andcomputer time needed.Thus, this method shows high promise of beinggenerally used in the dynamic analysis of comples structures such asrailway rolling stocks.
